OUR PRACTICE

Before Pregnancy
It is very important to prepare a woman’s body for the dramatic changes that occur during pregnancy. We provide chiropractic care for physical balancing, nutritional counseling for chemical balancing, functional hormone testing to determine if there is a hormonal cause of infertility, and offer advice for providing the optimal environment for conception and pregnancy.

During Pregnancy
We address more than just the common back aches and pains associated with expectant mothers. We offer a variety of treatment options for pregnancy related ailments such as, reflux/heartburn, ligament pain, headaches, breech/transverse fetal positioning and of course, back pain. Treatments during pregnancy allow for the baby and mother to enjoy optimal health during this vital time.

After Pregnancy
Continuing wellness and treatment routines postpartum are keys to maintaining optimal health. We provide nutritional consultations and lifestyle assessments to keep new mothers focused on their own health as well as their families' health needs.

During Childhood
Treating the varied maladies of childhood (torticollis, colic, childhood falls, athletic injuries, ear aches, colds, flu, plagiocephaly) Fit For Life doctors provide alternative and holistic treatment options for children. Whether coming in for treatment themselves or visiting while mom or dad receives services, Fit For Life provides our beloved little patients a child-friendly practice with areas designed especially for them.

After An Injury
Many people seek chiropractic services after an auto accident or various injuries. Fit For Life can immediately address your symptoms and complaints, restoring your wellness and physical balance.

Wellness Visits
Wellness visits maintain proper motion in all of your joints, muscles and organs. Maintaining an optimally functioning body should be part of everyone's wellness routine.Regular treatments allow for optimal nervous system function. Nerves innervate every organ, muscle and joint. Creating an optimally funcitional nervous system helps to further decrease disease within the patient’s body and allows them to return to optimal health more quickly after an illness or injury. Once initial symptoms are relieved, we often recommend monthly to bi-monthly treatments but tailor the treatment plan to the individual's requirements.
